Pricing

  • Pricing for Vendor membership in 2024 is €19.99 per month or €199.90 per year.

Subscription and Cancellation

Community Rules

  • Specific Vendor related rules, are shared here in Terms & Conditions. Vendors must also adhere to the Live it up, Las Palmas! community rules, which are outlined separately on this page.

Selling Services/Products

  • Advertising services/products is limited to once a week in the most relevant channel. If unsure, contact the admin for channel clarification.
  • Service/product details must include price, pictures (if applicable) and contact information.
  • Vendors are encouraged to enable Slack notifications for prompt replies to inquiries. Commenting on member posts is encouraged, assuming the service/offer is relevant to the question.

Accommodation Listings

  • For accommodation listings, it is mandatory to include price, photos of the inside of the property, and availability. Posts with a lot of details and photos have a higher success rate.
  • Advertising your accommodation is limited to once a week and in #accommodation_offers only.
  • Posting accommodation in channels other than #accommodation_offers will result in your post being deleted, and you will receive a warning. In the event of a repeated occurrence, you will be removed from the community. No refunds will be given in this case.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing up-to-date accommodation information and can edit their post if necessary. If your posting permission has been withdrawn, please reach out to gain temporary access to make your edits.
  • Accommodation listings in #accommodation_offers will be deleted when they are no longer relevant (for example: availability already expired).

Event Sharing

  • All events must include details on time, location, price, and other relevant information.
  • Recurring weekly events can be shared once a week only.
  • One-off events that are scheduled within the next two weeks can be shared a total of two times.
  • One-off events/retreats/workshops that are scheduled more than two weeks in advance, can be shared a total of four times, limited to maximum one post per week.
  • Vendors are encouraged to enable Slack notifications for prompt replies to inquiries.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing up-to-date event information.
  • Commenting on member posts and sharing your event is allowed if the event is relevant to the question.

Prohibited Content

  • Sharing ‘get-rich-quick opportunities,’ investment opportunities, crowdfunding, multilevel marketing and similar businesses is strictly prohibited. Your post will be deleted, and you will receive a warning. In the event of a repeated occurrence, you will be removed from the community. No refunds will be given in this case.
  • Any posts that violate the law or diverge from the core values of our community will be promptly removed. Your post will be deleted, and you will receive a warning. In the event of a repeated occurrence, you will be removed from the community. No refunds will be given in this case.

Direct Messaging Etiquette

  • Vendors are prohibited from sending unsolicited business proposals via direct messages without permission.
  • Engagement in public conversations with community members is encouraged, provided that contributions add value to the thread.

Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Termination of Membership

  • Breaking community rules (with an emphasis on excessive spam and posting the same message more than once a week or in multiple channels simultaneously) will result in termination of membership.
  • In case of termination by the admin, no refunds will be provided.
  • Engaging in any attempt to circumvent fees, by (for example, but not limited to) registering under a different email address, is strictly prohibited. Such actions are considered a violation of our terms of service and will result in a permanent ban from our platform.

Liability Live it up, Las Palmas!

  • Live it up, Las Palmas! acts solely as a facilitator and does not participate in any agreements made between vendors and community members.
  • Live it up, Las Palmas! is not liable for any issues, damages, or disputes arising from the use of the community platform.

By becoming a Live it up, Las Palmas! vendor, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Live it up, Las Palmas! reserves the right to update these terms periodically, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. Updates to these terms and conditions will be shared in #getting-started in Slack.


Trademark and Ownership
Live it up, Las Palmas! is a registered trademark owned by Meliorem International SLU (B10553865). Meliorem International SLU is the legal entity that owns and operates the Live it up, Las Palmas! community. Any unauthorized use of the Live it up, Las Palmas! trademark or content is strictly prohibited.
