The Auditorio Alfredo Kraus is a cultural center located at the most southern point of Playa de Las Canteras, right next to Playa La Cicer, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. This modern and elegant building has become an important reference in the cultural and musical life of the city since its opening on December 5, 1997.

The auditorium is also home to the Philharmonic Orchestra of Gran Canaria, one of the most renowned orchestras in Spain. This orchestra regularly performs in the auditorium and has received critical acclaim for its performances of classical, modern, and contemporary music. The combination of the auditorium’s excellent acoustics and the skilled musicians of the Philharmonic Orchestra creates an unforgettable musical experience for audiences.

Tickets can be bought easily online and you don’t need a NIE or a Spanish bank account to get tickets. If you want to buy tickets in person, you can simply go to the little office in front of the auditorio (next to the stairs).
In my experience, prices for the different concerts and shows are very affordable and it’s definitely worth visiting at least once during your stay in Gran Canaria. Check the full program on their website and enjoy!
