EAM del Toro is the best and the cheapest in town.
I agree with Alonso (review above). There is a BJJ group training there, but I am not sure about MMA. Rapha teaches kickboxing.
Search in Google for Tony Malone brazilian jiu jitsu. It’s in La Isleta.
