The Live it up, Las Palmas! Community Guidelines

Welcome! This community was built to connect people in Gran Canaria in a positive, useful and respectful way. These guidelines exist to keep things clear, friendly and valuable for everyone. Please take a few minutes to read them. They matter.

Repeated violations of these guidelines will lead to a permanent ban from the community.

1. Real People Only
   Use your real name and a recognizable photo of your face. This is a people-first community. Anonymous profiles or fake names may be removed.
2. Respect Comes First
   No hate speech, harassment, discrimination or aggressive behaviour. Unsolicited private messages of a romantic or inappropriate nature are not allowed. If it wouldn’t be acceptable in real life, it’s not acceptable here.
   
3. Stay Relevant
   This community is focused on Gran Canaria. Post in the appropriate channel and avoid duplicate posts across multiple channels. Duplicate may be removed without warning.
   
4. Events
   If you are sharing an event, include clear basic information so people understand what it is. Weekly recurring events may be posted once per week. Do not repost the same event repeatedly within a short period.
   
5. Accommodation & Services
   If you are offering accommodation or services, provide clear and honest information. Listings that are misleading, incomplete or suspicious may be removed.
   
6. No Spam or Schemes
   Not allowed:
   • Get-rich-quick opportunities
   • Investment or MLM schemes
   • Affiliate link farming
   • Repetitive promotional posts
   • Unsolicited business DMs
   Posts may be removed without warning.
   
7. No Polarising Debates
   Political, religious or divisive discussions are not allowed.
   
8. Violations
   Breaking these guidelines may result in permanent removal from the community.
   
9. Liability
   Live it up, Las Palmas! acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for agreements or disputes between members.
   
10. Trademark
    “Live it up, Las Palmas!” is a registered trademark. The name and brand may not be used for commercial purposes, promotional activities or events without explicit permission.

The community administrator reserves the right to remove any member who disregards these guidelines or engages in behaviour that negatively impacts the community.
