From June 2 to 8, the streets of Gáldar won’t just be full of history. They’ll be bursting with sequins, drag, dancing and unapologetic joy. Welcome to Gáldar Pride 2025, a full week dedicated to celebrating the LGTBIQA+ community with events that mix culture, music, activism and glitter in equal parts. Whether you’re here for the parade, the podcasts, the prizes or just the people-watching, this is one Canarian fiesta you don’t want to miss.

🖼️ Photo Exhibition at Plaza de Santiago
Start your Pride experience with a stroll through Gáldar’s heart. This open-air photo exhibition documents the island’s queer history, local voices and past editions of Pride. It’s powerful, visual and a beautiful way to kick off the celebration.
🎉 Friday, June 6
📍Recinto Cultural La Quinta
🕗 20:00 – Glitter Party
Free makeup workshop and dance beats. Come early, get sparkly.
🕘 21:00 – Queen of Queens Gala
A drag spectacular hosted by Yanely Hernández and Sharonne (yes, that Sharonne). Featuring Samantha Hudson, J Kbello and a full lineup of fabulous queens including Ármek, Grimassira Maeva, Shiky and Kálik.
🕦 23:30 – Noche Pride Concert
Live performances from Daira Monzón, Amistades Peligrosas and Les Castizos. Expect a little nostalgia, a lot of dancing and possibly a confetti cannon.

🕔 17:00 – La Gran Cabalgata
The main parade! Starting from Paseo de los Guanartemes, the Gran Cabalgata is the showstopper. Think floats, feathers, rainbow flags and drag queens on stilts.

🕘 21:00 – Gran Mogollón Concert
DJ Vilu Gontero sets the tone, followed by live shows from Tonny Tun Tun at 23:00 and Asere at 01:00. Perfect if you like your Pride parties to go late into the night.

🕛 12:00 – Carrera de Tacones at Plaza de Santiago
Heels, hilarity and high-speed runway realness. Cheer on the queens (and brave civilians) racing in stilettos. Bring water and your loudest claps.

IV Edición de los Premios Arkoiris Canarias 2025
Hosted by Paula Vázquez and Roberto Herrera, this awards ceremony honours those making waves in the LGTBIQA+ community. With performances by Arantza Navarro, Mel Omana and Raúl, and guests like María Eizaguirre and Omar Suárez, it’s the perfect close to an unforgettable week.
