Recommended Osteopaths in Gran Canaria (English-Speaking & Foreigner-Friendly)

If you’ve ever tried explaining lower-back pain, a stiff neck, or “that weird thing my shoulder does” in a second language, you’ll know why finding an English-speaking osteopath in Gran Canaria is a small but important life upgrade.

Whether you’re dealing with desk-job posture, surf injuries, gym enthusiasm gone wrong, or just the classic “I slept funny”, these are osteopaths on the island that are well-known, trusted, and used by internationals.

🦴 Rafael Strobosch. Osteopath in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

If you ask around expats, digital nomads, and long-term residents, Rafael Strobosch is one of the names that pops up the fastest.

Rafael Strobosch is frequently recommended within the international community in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. He works with many expats and English-speaking clients, which makes communication during sessions much easier. He is used to treating international clients and consultations in English, Spanish and Dutch are not a problem, which already removes half the stress before you even get on the table.

People usually go to him for back pain, neck issues, posture problems, sports-related injuries, and ongoing tension that just doesn’t seem to go away.

A least half of the appeal of Las Palmas for remote workers and digital nomads is rooted in this community. It’s the best I’ve seen so far in terms of how well it is organised, structured and nurtured. It offers excellent opportunities to meet new people and explore the island.
