Where can I buy a (second hand) wetsuit?
My experience with that was that buying a new wetsuit in Decathlon (in Telde) is cheaper than buying a second-hand from those sites, but you should check those as well ofcourse.

Buen Surf School has some second hand boards and wetsuits for sale . I’ve also seen surfing gear for sale at CashConverters here.
Decathlon in Telde got various categories of wetsuits with different price. You can find a shorty for 20€ for exemple.
Where can I rent a wetsuit?
Surf school called California Surf Center used to do a 1 month deal I think it was €70 or something, including all equipment, wetsuit, surf boards, skate boards, bodyboarding boards, etc.
Buen Surf School has a huge rack of boards including loads of beginner boards and they offer a monthly membership for €90 which allows you to rent a board (and wetsuit) every day if you like.
