Muelle Deportivo de Las Palmas is definitely the cheapest port in Gran Canaria and they have plenty of guest spots at the moment. They can also anchor at Playa de Alcavaraneras until they sort out the long term plan.
The best thing to do is to just call the marina and say that you are arriving in a few days.
There is also Pasito Blanco in Maspalomas but it might be tight with available places there. Also Puerto Rico or Puerto del Mogan but I am not sure about availability there.
Muelle Deportivo de Las Palmas is the only accesible marina here in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the next one is probably in Puerto Rico.
