Can anyone recommend a reliable moving company or a ‘man with a van’?

I used Encaja. Happy with the service.  A 2/3 full truck delivery was €180. You can also rent a truck/van yourself for about €80 – €100 a day.

I also see Federico Ramos trucks around the city, so I guess those guys also know what they are doing.

Call these guys from Moving & Transport Service on 699887514. They are amazing.

You may try Asociación Reto A la Esperanza, a rehabilitation centre. You can call them at 928 67 63 61. They do not charge a fee, they only ask for a donation.
