I just wanted to add my strong recommendation for this vegetarian-friendly restaurant, Curcumaa. I had a mind blowing vegan dish there (chana masala) when I visited Gran Canaria the last time! It was so good that I almost cried when eating it.

Unfortunately this restaurant closed in 2024. They will reopen in the future in a new location.
