14 Restaurants With a Cheap Menu del Día in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
Affordable lunch, still a thing. And a big gracias to Timo for snapping most of the menus!
The menú del día isn’t just a tradition — it’s a weekday superpower. For around €10 to €13, you get a full meal: usually a starter, main, drink and either dessert or coffee. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is packed with good ones, from old-school Canarian kitchens to international newcomers.
Here are 15 of our favourites, starting with the freshest finds and ending with the classics.

€12.50 gets you a full spread: starter, main, dessert, and drink. Think samosas, tikka masala, fluffy rice and a lot of flavour. One of the best spice-for-price deals in town.
🍔 Rockabilly’s
From Monday to Thursday, €9.95 gets you a burger or salad, fries and a drink. It’s like lunch from a 50s diner — but with better buns and no questionable milkshakes.

🍔 Goiko (Las Arenas)
From €12.90 you get a main (burger or salad), a drink, and a coffee. No fries included, but hey, there’s aircon and probably a playlist from 2012 you forgot you loved.
📍 Centro Comercial Las Arenas (and two more locations)
🥗 Healthy Poke
Not Spanish, but solid. From €8.50 for a sandwich + drink, up to €14.50 for a full poke bowl with side + drink. Great for a light, modern lunch without sacrificing flavour (or fibre).
📍 Calle Secretario Padilla 88-90
🍜 TukTuk Asian Street Food
€12.95 gets you a full Asian-style combo: drink, starter, main and dessert or coffee. Choose from Thai satay, pho, Pad Thai, Indonesian nasi goreng, gyozas or veggie mango salad. Finish with a mini brownie in coconut soup or two scoops of ice cream. Pro tip: the mango chicken has a little kick. 🌶️

Light, fresh and a little hip. You choose from four starters and four mains. Add sunshine, good service and proximity to the beach = win.
