How Do I Secure My Free Tickets?
To sign up, you’ll need to complete a Google Form, which can be found in our community on Slack. Not a member yet? Sign up via this link > https://www.launchpass.com/liveitup-laspalmas
One form = up to 2 tickets. The form will require your DNI (or other ID number), so be sure to bring your passport, ID, or NIE. Don’t use a fake name or fake ID number, you won’t receive tickets if your ID doesn’t match the form!
Please note that you won’t receive physical tickets. You have to pick up the tickets in-person before the match.
How Do I Receive My Tickets?
You do not receive tickets in your inbox. You’ll need to pick up your tickets in person at the Gran Canara Arena at the day of the match, from 1.5 hours before the match starts.

Make sure to bring the ID you filled in at the form an tell the staff at the desk that you’re with LIVEITUP. Your +1 does not need to bring their ID. No ID = no tickets.
When Do I Pick Up My Tickets?
Ticket collection begins 1.5 hours before the match at the ticket office of the Gran Canaria Arena.

Show your ID (the real one, not a copy), let the staff know you’re with LIVEITUP and specify if you want one or two tickets. They’ll then provide you with the tickets. Your +1 does not need to bring their ID.

Can I Transfer My Ticket To Someone Else Or Change It?
No, tickets are non-transferable as they are linked to your ID.
I Can’t Make It, What Do I Do?
Unfortunately we can’t make changes to the assigned tickets, so this means your tickets will go to waste.
How Do I Get To The Arena?
To reach the Gran Canaria Arena for the basketball match, you have multiple transportation options.
The quickest is by taxi, taking about 15 minutes, which is around €7 from the area of Plaza de España (depending on traffic, ofcourse). Tell the taxi driver you need to go to the Gran Canaria Arena for the baloncesto.
However, the most cost-effective choice is the bus. If you don’t have a bus card, you can pay the €1.40 fare in cash or with your card on the bus. Ensure you have small coins or notes. If you possess a bus card or the Guaguas app, the fare will be cheaper. Buses servicing the arena include numbers 45, 26, 44, and 47 (from the Plaza de España area). Important Information About The Arena
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the arena; you may bring a 500ml plastic water bottle without the cap.
- You can purchase beverages and food inside the stadium.
