I love food and going out for dinner. I’m an omnivore and there’s not much food that I don’t like. I remember eating raw squid once at a sushi bar and that was definitely a no, but that’s about it.

So I would like to share my favourite pizza(place) with you and my favourite pizza! Some popular pizzarestaurants in Las Palmas are Il Segreto Di Pulcinella, Trattoria Pizzeria Calabrè and Pizzeria da LUIGI but my favourite is 450Gradi. They have a location in Las Palmas and one in Maspalomas.

First of all, the restaurant is nice. The design is nice and the ambiance is very pleasant. It’s not too noisy and staff is friendly and professional. Do you have any allergies? Tell them and they will make sure you will not get anything you are allergic to.

The menu is pretty long and they usually also have some specials of the day, so make sure to ask for that. I’ve had the best provolone there as a starter (not standard on the menu). There’s a good selection of starters and salads and a couple of meat, fish and rice dishes. But you don’t come here for a rice dish, you’re going to order a pizza!

Ofcourse they have the classics, like diavola and capricciosa but they also have a great selection of specials. My favourite is the delizia, a white pizza with a base cream of pistachios, topped with mozzarella, mortadella, grana padano, grinded pistachio, extra virgin olive oil, basil and a bowl of ricotta cheese, in the middle. Yes, it’s a heavy pizza, but it’s sooooo good!

Some other recommendations are the salsiccia patata provola and their own special, the 450gradi pizza.
