For deep tissue/sports massage I have been using Centro de Quiromasaje Las Palmas (on Calle Doctor Grau Bassas) for years.

I highly recommend the deep tissue massage for €20/hour at Vital masaje y estética. It’s a female sole proprietor with her own little studio, and she’s got all the aromatherapy, music and candles going on.
Yim Bangkok Thai Massage

The place is cozy and clean, and Yim’s traditional Thai massages are a treat for your body and mind. In short, Yim Bangkok Thai Massage is a fantastic place to rejuvenate yourself, with its magical touch and customer-oriented approach.
I’ve been to Yim Bangkok Thai Massage and if you like the Thai style massage, it is a really good one (I’m an expert on this). They do the traditional Thai massage, wich is really, really strong. It’s €55 for one hour, but worth every cent.
They also do shorter and cheaper foot massage, Swedish massage and a hot stone massage. Maybe don’t take the traditional Thai massage if you don’t know what you are getting into.
